The 2026–2029 Strategic Plan was adopted at the April 2026 Board of Delegates meeting and takes effect July 1, 2026. The plan introduces five new Strategic Focus Areas that take a more holistic, outcomes-based approach to CPRC’s work by emphasizing regional impact beyond individual services.
