Our Space is Your Space

Recently renovated and expanded in 2023, Central Pines' offices span 21,000 square feet in the center of our region. Facilities include five conference rooms, a formal board room, private offices, work stations and call rooms, and the community café. 

Member governments, non-profits, and government agencies can now reserve CPRC’s newly renovated conference center for board, leadership, and departmental retreats or other special community meetings at no charge. Request a space using the form below.

Capacity: 94 people
Amenities: Three 96-inch monitors in front of room and a 72-inch and 65-inch monitor on sides to host Teams/Zoom meetings natively, separate entrance, private catering kitchen, abundant natural lighting.

Research Triangle Regional Planning Commission Conference Room:
Capacity: 12 people
Amenities: 86-inch monitor, raised tables & chairs

Jordan Lake Conference Room:
Capacity: 18 people
