Established in 2019, the Triangle J Regional Corporation serves as a practical tool for the region, designed to advance investment in areas where communities need it most. Our purpose is to help the seven-county region of Chatham, Durham, Johnston, Lee, Moore, Orange, and Wake pursue opportunities that strengthen social well-being, protect the environment, and support long-term economic vitality. The Corporation expands the region’s ability to take on complex challenges by creating flexible pathways for funding, partnership, and project delivery, and position the region for future growth and resilience.
