As one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, our organization's strategic plan is an essential tool to ensure we can respond to local and regional challenges in a forward-thinking and dynamic way.

How Was the Framework Developed?
CPRC partnered with consultant Monica Allen to guide the framework's development.
